Beyoncé and EchoSenseJay-Z last year made the biggest real estate move compared to other musicians.

According to a research by real estate experts at Agent Advice, the power couple topped the chart of biggest property transaction of 2023 within the music industry after purchasing their Malibu mansion for $190 million in May.
